Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Northwest Grocers, its affiliates, members, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Northwest Grocers, 1101 Andover Park West, Suite 100, Tukwila, Washington 98188.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on March 13, 2026 and ends on March 31, 2026. All entries must be received by March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the email sign-up entry form at https://www.northwestgrocers.com/slam-dunk-savings. Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prizes
One (1) winner will each receive one (1) $250 gift certificate to be redeemed at their participating store of choice. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $250. Prize value may not be used for Alcohol or Cigarettes. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place on or about April 6, 2026 under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, or internet traffic congestion.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, members, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Washington.
12. Winners List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Northwest Grocers, 1101 Andover Park West, Suite 100, Tukwila, WA 98188, Attn: “Slam Dunk Savings Contest Winner.” Requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the Contest Period.
